Introduction to Web Page Creation Details

This class will give you a starting point on creation of web pages. These are some of the tools and programs will we use during the workshop.

NVU is a web authoring tool that allows you to write your own web pages even if you have no technical  experience of previous knowledge of HTML. NVU runs on multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac) and is open source, so requires no site licences or fees to download. You can edit WYSIWYG, just like a word processor, or you can toggle to edit the raw HTM and then publish your site on the web. NVU also has a CSS editor and HTML code validator.   http://www.nvu.com/index.php
